1. Beginning of March, 2020, We received an inquiry online, The customer said that they are a buying office for a very famous brand in East Europe. And we quoted according to the customer’s request.

2. Later, Customer ordered 4 items with 8 samples for their presentation to the marketing dep.

3. End of June, 2020. Customer replied that the quality of the samples is good, But the pricing is 10% higher than they received the quotation from factory in Zhejiang. They need time for a thoughtful consideration.

4. Beginning of July, The clients come to visit us. We introduced us that we are qualified supplier of Media group in China. The clients showed their appreciation about that and finalist everything wit us.

5. End of November 22, 2023, we are still trusted partner of each other. And we do believed that we would have a smooth cooperation in the near future.

1. In the middle of year 2016, One of boss’s friend introduced BORT to us and the clients visit us later. The meeting with the customers was not so good as the customer considered that the factory is old and the equipment is not enough at all, Hence, they replied that they has stopped the consideration of cooperation that time.

2. End of August, 2023. One of trader found us online and said one of their customer need disposers for their increased business. Then they asked the quotation form us and we did the sampling later.

3.One month after, The trade said the customer has confirmed that the samples tested in good result and decided to make an trial order with two models and need the agreement with us. Hence the customer need to come to our factory and would have an audit for the factory.

4.End of Oct, 2023. We meet the clients in our factory, when we exchange the name card, We found the final customer is BORT! But for ZAL, we are only the old the not qualify factory anymore. We moved to new place and equipped with modern and advanced equipment at present.

COVID-19 was serious influenced in Economic field in China .But it seems that the inquiry quantity became more and more online .At the same time ,One customer has sent us an inquiry about the household use disposer from Brazil and they want to extend their product range.

After received the e-mail from the customer ,The marketing colleague and I just analyst the actual demand indeed .Hence ,we select the proper models for them and wait for their comment .

The customer selected  the middle range model from us and will put them into their top brand for promotion.With the effort  of promotion ,The sales quantity of first week reach to more than 25 pcs online and in the retail store .

End of Oct ,2023. we meet the clients in our factory ,And they just expressed their appreciation about the marketing analyst of the disposers to them and help them a lot in developing the disposer industrial field as they never meet this item before and they do need a professional opinion from us at all .Both of us expecting smooth and wonderful business in the coming  year of 2024.

In the middle of 2023. It was African hot in China .AT the same time ,The disposer business has been increased rapidly in past three months .At this moment ,We just received the inquiry from one customer in Russia who sale online ,She explained that she notice the disposer with UAS brand was selling very good since beginning of 2013,And she would like to launch disposer business recently .

Further to communicated with the customer ,we noticed that she is doing some kind of sale online but it is not concerned anything about the kitchen things like disposers ,Based on this ,we would like to discuss with her and suggested some model that is entry level for her .After she checked and she just rejected them at all ,She explained  that they are doing the business that is not concerned the kitchen things ,But in Russia ,they do need more high class model to develop the market at all .Finally ,we discussed again and selected another model with 1HP .

Test and approval procedure going smoothly ,But there are some issue for the sample working in their office seems confused them and they just held the project on .When we noticed this situation ,The engineer tried to explained why this issue happened and how to avoid them .

End of Oct ,2023. The customer did a good job of online sale ,Ratted top among the sale of all disposers online .They are very happy about that and they have repeated the order for three times since beginning of this year !Of course ,Both of us expecting a smooth and rapid growth business in the year of 2024.

At the beginning of 2021 ,Even China was covered in the haze by the influence of COVID -19 ,We ZAL was struggled and try to find the new commercial opportunity as we did in the past .

It is our great honor that we are invited to attend the WATER TECH CHINA show 2021 that hold on March ,2021 in Shanghai .With the thoughtful preparation for the fair ,we attended the WATER TECH CHINA show 2021 by the end of April  .

We are glad to received the visit from the customers all over the world .And we took this opportunity to show our updated model like FCD-920,FCD-1020 that time .Some of the customers showed their great interest on our updated item and they decided to sign the PI of trial order with us on the fair at all .

We feel it is an rare opportunity to show our items to the professional customers all over the world .At the same time ,we are pleased that all this items being reliable to them,It makes us feel more confident in doing disposer industrial in the near future .
